I used to sit about 19% in my prime (ie pre-menopause lol) Not sure where I am now probably nearer 25% too. 19% involved lots of calorie deficits and cardio with some weights too. I would love that look again but I think mother nature has other ideas for me now!

Wow 19% is a very impressive average! I’d love to start deadlifting through a gym, I think women who do look amazing

I was never a comfortable deadlifter due to my long back and long levers. I am built for swimming not powerlifting! But squats, deadlifts and bench press are the place to begin.
