Darn. Wondering if it's just because or if it's because I went over my net carbs by 3 or 4...but it was just an extra 1/2 cup of turnip. Couldn't let it go to waste...
201.3 lb Lost so far: 8.7 lb.    Still to go: 66.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 1.4 lb a week

A gain of .2 lbs could be just water. Nothing to worry about. Watch the trend for the next few days and see if it comes off.
