Sunday I was not at a scale in the morning, so did not weigh in.

Monday morning the boss had bought me a breakfast burrito from Safeway, so I created the macros as best I could. I think it is close, and maybe a little conservative. That darn tortilla shell gave me fits to arrange the day around it. I will stay with veggies as my source of carbs. :)

I was surprised to see the weight go up, but that is why I typically do my weigh ins on Monday morning for the week, but for this challenge i am doing it daily.

I miss my gym time very much. Next month I will be staying with My daughter for a week long visit, and her gym is open! I also have a pile of dumbbells there, so I will be sure bringing them back with me.
306.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 76.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 4.9 lb a week
