My body is finally getting the hint that I am not starving myself and I am finally losing. So very excited. Work outs are going great. My son found my arm muscles this weekend and that awesome.
237.8 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
