Discovered Pahla B Fitness on You Tube. I’m on Day 4 of her 31 day weight loss challenge. Down 3 pounds already. Highly recommend. Feeling great!
187.9 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 42.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
