Read great things about this app and decided I would try it to shed a few unwanted lbs that I have gain since my hysterectomy. Plus just really wanted to start eating healthier!
157.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 37.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
