steroid shots 7/25/ really has my blood sugars high , not in ketosis . last time it look me over a month to get back in ketosis . i hope it doesnt take that long this time . i have also been stuck between 227 t0 235 for weeks . im thinking im doing somthing wrong. need to read book. to figure it out .
226.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
