Keeping under 100kg, but really need to shift more.

Any ideas?

Got my bike up and rolling, so maybe that’s the key, and I need to 5 miles a day!?
218.3 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
