OK, I'm a bit incredulous this morning and I'm having a hard time getting super excited about this because I'm wondering if a large part of the weight loss is water weight, but either way.. wow, I was surprised. Honestly I was exercising harder before I started this diet so that hasn't even been a large component of this. I have been busy with school so I've been focusing on that. Now that my exams are done, I will be exercising more so this should be interesting.

Did it go down and then back up or is there a glitch in the weight loss chart? If it just went down, then congrats! I am sure a good bit is water weight, but still, that IS extra water you are retaining and don't need!

Remember that daily weigh-ins leave you open to watching how the body fluctuates in weight. You might be retaining more water today than the other day when you weighed in. Since you're eating right and you're exercising, just keep going. Your body will even itself out. No worries!

The entry for the 5th is incorrect. I haven't actually weighed myself as of today (the 4th). How do I remove or correct that entry?
