my weight constantly fluctuates. I had a good workout routine going, but lost it. I do work out with a trainer once a week, and I am building muscle. just have to focus on losing fat too!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
