At this point it is probably safe to say that I didn't reach my goal of 164. I had a few days of eating way too much. I have to take a deep breath and start over on this goal. I am going to start around the same weight as last week 166, but now I have to really reach my goal of 164. Certain thresholds seem harder to go through. I remember it was the same thing with 175. For some reason, I was always getting close but then bouncing back up. Next week is the week that I pass 165, hopefully for good.
