하하하 어재 새벽애 과자 300칼로리나먹엇는대두 내려갓다 칼로리가 다이애드애 다는아니다 🙄🙄 오늘 혈당두 좋앗다 95 ( 자기전애 당잇는과자먹엇는대두 ) 간혈적단식 15/9 하는거보다 12/12 이 혈당결과가 더좋다 😊😊 결국 새상이좋다는것 나한대는 안맞을수잇다는법 자신애맞는방법으로 다이애드길을차아가는개 정답이다 😁😁😁
