Broke my bigtoe playing soccer with my boys and haven't exercised in 2 weeks but wasnt expecting this much weight gain. Am so sad 😥 but i won't give up. Just need to find safe exercises i can do and watch my diet more closely. i need a hug.
224.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 74.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
