So exciting for the gyms to open on Tuesday, can't wait to get back into routine and start working hard again. Lockdown had a negative effect on my motivation as working out at home with no weights was depressing.
204.1 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I have not heard anything either, by the looks of things it will probably open in the beginning of September... Gyms have to get their covid health protocols in place

the gym in our area is open. sadly I'll not he returning my husband got me stuff to use at home.....so gym is at home for me.
