This weekend I maintained 166. Know my goal for is to reach 164 by next Monday. Yesterday, I noticed I drank a latte and a pastry in the morning and I seemed to gain some weight. I normally drink healthy milkshake. I also ate a huge salad for lunch and probably that didn't help, the fatty dressing, the croutons. Dinner wasn't that bad: fish and greens. Lets see how I fare off today. I'll stick with my morning milkshake and try to eat lighter.
