Ate like a pig this weekend and went to the bar on Friday night....not a good idea. I'm just hoping that most of this will come off after two stricked days of eating right and excersize. What was I thinking! Ugh
184.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You were probably thinking that after 17 lbs, you deserve a little break! This is LIFESTYLE... one splurge is not going to derail you... And I bet your man appreciated it, huh?
