Feeling superb, motivation is 100%
My lower carb, high protein approach with 0% alcohol has made such a difference in a really short space of time.
I know it can’t and won’t go on like this but this morning I’m 266lbs, now that would be a nightmare for most,
However do remember my 280lbs starting point. So I’m really happy with that.
