2lbs to go if I'm going to compete in the powerlifting competition next weekend. Either way, I'm still going to get to 175 lbs and hold until the winter.
183.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
