1258 kcal Fat: 55.82g | Prot: 90.70g | Carb: 100.26g.   Breakfast: New York Style Sausage Company Pork Sausage Breakfast Links,  Bell Peppers, Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese,  Onions,  Egg,  Mushrooms, Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate & Cocoa,  Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Nespresso Espresso, Organic Valley Organic Half & Half. Lunch:  Honey Mustard Dressing,  Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types) , Cos or Romaine Lettuce,  Red Onions, Gold Seal Flaked Light Tuna in Water,  Roasted Potato (Fat Added in Cooking),  Cooked Asparagus (Fat Added in Cooking),  Boiled Egg. Dinner: Great Value Frozen Red Raspberries, Clover Sonoma Organic Cottage Cheese, La Madeleine French Dip. Snacks/Other: R.W.
