I think it was a whole bunch of salt in the Thai food that made me retain more water. How else could I have gained two pounds in one day and lost two pounds in another? I knew that processed food and restaurant food probably had a lot of salt, but, wow! My goal for Sunday is to weight 166, so I have to maintain my good, healthy eating through the weekend and I should reach my week's goal. Yay! On a side note, I like the orange bar... it means progress.
