I've been working out and dieting with this mindset as well. Ion even call it a diet anymore, I call it a lifestyle change. It's easier to live off healthy foods and good workouts because you love your body and you want it to be in its best form, not because you loathe it. I read a quote somewhere (I forgot) but it gave me quite an impact: think about your body as a river. The water is your blood. If you keep dumping trash (unhealthy foods), the river will be polluted
