Have strep and a abundance of nasal drip which has ruined my appetite. Been out of the gym since last Saturday and obviously lost some water weight. I got to train yesterday so that’s a plus.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks newname. I feel a lot better than I originally did lol so there’s that.

What have you done to relieve pain in your lumbar? Or just lift through the pain? I just have a L3-L4. Sitting and trucking really sucks sometimes. Stretching your sciatic nerve helps? I feel like my legs are so weak and was a runner at one time.
