I weighed in today with complete fear of seeing a slightly higher number than I wanted... It turns out that after days of having to eat out, being out of town, and out of routine, I still managed to lose .1 lb, which is really maintaining. My body is amazing to me. I set such high expectations of myself and hardly ever do I meet those expectations. Through it all, my body is steadily reacting to the diet and workout patterns I've created. I eat poorly over the holidays, I gain a little. I eat healthy and do something active 5 days a week, I lose a little. I have yet to truly plateau... Thankfully! I'm just so ready to be a size 6! Being a 10 is a lot better than a 14, but that 6 just seems like it could happen...
My goal: lose 1 lb. a week for the next 17 weeks and be a 135 lbs and a size 8 for the Chilton Beerfest on May 17th. I'm ready!!
