12 Volt Man's Journal, 19 November 2010

Yesterday my worked ordered lunch from a local deli. Great Italian Subs. I stayed true to my diet and ordered a tuna salad on greens. Last night my family ordered pizza from a fund raiser. I ate some brown rice with mushrooms and carrots.
My reward.... gained 3 pounds over yesterday's weigh in. :(
304.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
