I'm drinking morning milkshakes instead of doing pastry and latte. That has been really helping me have more energy, and I think that has been helping me lose weight too.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.8 lb a week
