Seem to be at a standstill...a bit frustrated. I've been very busy and haven't taken the time to update my diet calender. The plan has been followed...I haven't eaten anything not listed on the "acceptable foods list" for induction....UGH! I have, however, had the Atkins chocolate chip granola bar (1 per day for the past 4 days). The label says it's acceptable for ALL phases, could this be the cause of me not losing any weight for the moment? I've also made changes in my diet to make sure I get enough calories per day...I guess I'm venting now...LOL. Thanks for listening :-)
