Time to throw out what's left of the Halloween candy! My weight has stayed the same since I've stopped recording every little thing I ate,but I fear that some of my muscle has been replaced by fat :-( Time to get back to my P90x routine!
135.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
