Still the same weight as the other day. But not surprized by it. I haven't done any planned exercise in a few days. Though I did do some crunches, walking in place, and some pilates on the exercise ball last night while I watched Biggest Loser. It's pretty darn cold outside today. So not sure if I can go for a walk. Jules won't keep a hat or mittens on, so she'd freeze. :( But I'm thinking of renewing my gym membership so we can go there when it's cold like this. Probably a 3 month membership to take us through the cold months. And it'd be nice to do some of the classes again. :)
Having a yummy breakfast. Toast with light butter, 2 pieces of ham, a serving of grits, and coffee. :)
Plans for today: Check out gym membership, Go by payless shoes and get some black dress shoes for Jules. Have a salad. And get some planned exercise in. If I renew my membership, I'll workout there. If not, then I'll do a video at home. :)
