Losing bodyfat cannot seem to get beyond 162 which is ok as long as bodyfat drops , goal is to maintain muscle while losing bodyfat , slow process but bodyfat loss only means I’m gaining lean muscle
162.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
