1090 kcal Fat: 65.92g | Prot: 69.77g | Carb: 52.63g.   Breakfast:  Cabbage , Nature's Garden Oriental Stir Fry,  Coffee with Milk,  Tomatoes, Farmer Brown Crispy Schnitzel (Crumbed Chicken). Lunch: All Gold Tomato & Onion Mix,  Tomatoes,  Coconut Oil, Eskort Smoked Russian. Dinner: Nature's Garden Oriental Stir Fry, Lancewood Pepper Sauce,  Rump Steak. Snacks/Other: Miami Dill Gherkins, Offenau Sweet White Cocktail Onions, Enterprise Smoked Viennas,  Cheddar Cheese ,  Unsweetened Frozen Raspberries, Woolworths Full Cream Plain Yoghurt. more...
