I was close to my goal weight in may 2019 but lost focus during the summer then got pregnant in the winter and had a baby 2 weeks ago. I want to get back at it and start losing the baby weight. I am taking it easy while I am recovering from my c-section but will slowly ramp up exercising and eating healthy.
