Yesterday, I went out and ate Mexican food. Bad idea. Anyways, I didn't gain a lot of weight I actually lost a little. I need to turn the pattern of overeating around. I was so close to 160s... so close that even one day I reached 169, but then I sabotaged my progress. Time to get back on my goal of eating healthy and losing weight.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There so very healthy Mexican food and what you choose.. and how is being prepared.. but is hard to resist the Nachos with Salsa.. I am Mexican-American and I do not eat any Mexican Food with Cheese or sour cream.. there are grilled platers with Sea Food or Chicken or steak. I put a little lime on steak even I don't eat alot of Steak.. Around the Virginia and DC there are alot of Good Mexican Restaurants.. Have a great Day.. eat lots of fruits and veggies it is the season not too much mango bananas or pinapple..

Thanks for the advice! Yes, there are a lot of healthy Mexican food, but, unfortunately, I was drinking Micheladas, Corona, and greasy quesadillas. I was born in Mexico but grew up in California, so I love traditional Mexican food. I just have to choose the healthy dishes :)
