I barely followed the diet and lost 1.5 lbs! My calories were still low, though. I am starting today with a renewed determination to follow the Phase 1 diet until Thanksgiving.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
