142.9 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1644 kcal Fat: 43.48g | Prot: 94.41g | Carb: 225.09g.   Breakfast:  Kopi,  Gula Pasir,  Susu (Susu Murni), Quaker Instant Oatmeal,  Smoothie Buah (Dibuat dengan Buah atau Jus Buah Saja). Lunch:  Kurma,  Salad Selada dengan Berbagai Macam Sayuran (Termasuk Tomat dan / atau Wortel),  Nasi Putih,  Udang. Dinner:  Kacang Almond Panggang Kering (tanpa Tambahan Garam), Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Frisian Flag Susu Bubuk Full Cream,  Gula Pasir. Snacks/Other: BreadTalk Cheese Cake, Cimory Yogurt Original, Udang,  Nasi Putih. more...
