Ugh! No weight loss...well...maybe .25 of a lb. I know it's been going well since I'm still down 6lbs from Monday...but still frustrating because I'd like to see a difference in the way my clothes fit soon. Oh well...onward and upward (or perhaps it should be downward)
207.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't be sad. I lost nothing yesterday and the two pounds today. I bet your body will catch up. Maybe it's like fat is let lose in your body but take a bit longer to leave your body. Maybe thats the whoosh thing.
