I played a couple of hours of soccer yesterday in the middle of the day which helped me burn a lot of calories. I've also been more purposeful about what I eat and don't eat. Yesterday, I went to see a movie (Word War Z, okay movie but is very different than the book) and got some nachos. Instead of finishing them all I only ate about 1/3. In the last couple of weeks ive been losing weight fast, but I still cant wait until i'm in 140. I have to be patient though. I will get there slowly but surely. My goal is that by January 1st I will be 140. Instead of making a new years resolution to lose weight I will have already done that and my new years resolution will be to keep on eating healthy for the rest of my life.

169.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
