I hit the 40lb weight loss target today! Started eating a whole food/plant based diet on 12/26/19. My first entry on this app was much later than my actual start date because I tried other apps and my VA dietitian suggested this so he could interact and see my progress. Best app so far and such a great community. I was 251.6 and today 211.6 and my goal is around 185. I haven’t been at this weight since I got out of the Army in ‘96 so I’m super stoked!
