And another one (pound) bites the dust! Weight is dropping slow and steady.
I went to Zumba today...if you haven't tried it...check it out, you'll LOVE it! So much fun!
209.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
