So Even with the girl's night I went to yesterday and I am not sure my calorie count is correct, it's actually prolly too low....(what is 1 "piece" of peppermint bark) I am doing well. Of course I am STILL sore from Yoga on Thursday and I did do my walk with my walking buddy this morning AND I did about an hour of housework after and all before my weigh in. Been hitting the water really hard as well.
And yes, BA, that was me! At least I did not unhook and they were able to to drag me back in eventually!
Old Man Scale: My, my such a gentleman this morning. I certainly would not call yesterday evening stellar by any stretch but it apparently did not affect me much :) I am liking that 240 today. The next few days will finally have me back in the 230s AND In the next 2 weeks I will be below my pre-holiday weight! :) I can just feel it. Besides that's only 1.5lbs away :) Only 5 Until the next mini goal. It finally feels within reach, again! (So now I can admit that scary high earlier in the week I did not want to record. On Wed, was it? I found the old man telling me I had reached back all the way up to 246.5!)
January Goals: Ceiling: 10lbs to 230, Floor goal: 5 more lbs (235) Next Mini: 235!
Goal by my birthday, March 15th: weigh in @ 220.
