Getting lazy with the winter depression, so I bookmarked a bunch of yoga instant plays on Netflix to make my nightly exercise double as a de-stress tool.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
