Being a vegan is hard, and eating around gluten is hard, too. Why not do both? It might seem excessive, but it helps my sensitive stomach that pains me so often.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
