My wife says that with a haircut and the removal of my beard, I could be an even 218.
218.2 lb Lost so far: 83.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1737 kcal Fat: 68.85g | Prot: 100.62g | Carb: 236.23g.   Breakfast: Watermelon, Watermelon Juice. Lunch: Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Schmidt 647 Hot Dog Rolls, Schmidt 647 White Bread, Good Foods Group Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad. Dinner: Blueberries, Bananas, Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal, Kretschmer Wheat Germ, premier protein smooth and creamy shake with oats apple cinnamon, General Mills Cheerios. Snacks/Other: Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds, Schmidt 647 Italian Bread, Peter Pan Crunchy Peanut Butter, Gala Apples. more...
