Gais mau nanya kalian klo diet jam makannya teratur ga ? Kaya sarapan dibawah jam 9 pagi. Kalo ortuku masak sendiri jadi sarapanku agak siang sekitar jam 10-11 gitu ga ngefek ke diet kan ?
157.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
