Needless to say, I did not reach my goal of being 175 by today. I am still 177. Damn. Over the weekend I ate too many popusas! And then I ate sweet bread to top it off and tamales. I could have ate all those things (maybe with the exception of the sweet bread, but in moderation). Next time I just have to eat one. One popusa. One tamale. I have the same goal for this week. Lose two pounds, so by next Monday I should be 175!
