My weight is down by a bit over half a pound after three days of not moving. This is very good. One step closer to my goal. BMI of 24.7. I like the phrasing on the calculator "Within normal range." As the bottom of normal range for my height is 132 lbs, I have a lot to play with and I'm not going anywhere near there.
