1200 kcal Fat: 52.55g | Prot: 93.62g | Carb: 99.80g.   Breakfast: Premier Nutrition High Protein Shake - Chocolate. Lunch: Marie's Balsamic Vinaigrette, Great Value Sliced Carrots, Publix Green Bell Pepper,  Skinless Chicken Breast, Great Value Romaine Lettuce. Dinner: Bunny Bread Hamburger Buns,  Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled) . Snacks/Other: Shrewd Food Protein Crisps Cookies & Cream, Driscoll's Raspberries,  Fruit Dessert with Cream and/or Pudding and Nuts, Wonderful Shelled Pistachios. more...
