I didnt lose anything BUT I didnt gain either...and my clothes are fitting more loosely so that is still a plus! I wont get discouraged because I didnt get fat overnight and I wont lose it that fast either :o) ANd my new goal is to make sure I am drinking enough water...I come close but not all the way.Tomorrow is a new day and I will succeed!!
