umm
low carb breakfast could be
eggs, mushroom, tomato, onion, spinach and someone here used happy cow triangle. which was good idea. it's low in carb n it has some filling.
lunch protien 100-150gm with boiled/saute vegetables beans, broccoli, cauliflower,cabbage, aubergine, courgette etc
to wish.
dinner again protein 200-250 with salad.
onion, tomato, capsicum, cucumber,lettus.
in which no potatos.
just a try or say what I would like to do. but end up eating some carbs n junk. he he

Awh thanks guys. Was hard to pull back from that bad week, but pleased I did. Thanks for the ideas omsharf, everything helps. Oh and have already found the cow triangles, cheese is a bit of a go to just now. I lie, I always go to cheese, its my down fall. 🧀🧀😂
