I'm blaming the new scales (definitely not all those snacks I had this week 👀)
171.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

But of course. Years of snacking on chocolate have given me excellent excuse finding skills.🤣 just go with that for now, and thankfully the scales seem to like you better than Pauly. 🤞
