1860 kcal Fat: 57.22g | Prot: 93.07g | Carb: 247.30g.   Breakfast: Quaker Instant Oatmeal,  Gula Pasir, Frisian Flag Susu Bubuk Full Cream,  Kopi,  Kacang Almond. Lunch: Ultra Milk Susu UHT Full Cream (250ml),  Sayur Campuran,  Nasi Putih,  Dada Ayam,  Salad Selada dengan Berbagai Macam Sayuran (Termasuk Tomat dan / atau Wortel). Dinner:  Dada Ayam,  Telur Rebus, Bakso Ayam, Indomie Mi Goreng. Snacks/Other:  Kurma,  Pisang,  Smoothie Buah (Dibuat dengan Buah atau Jus Buah Saja). more...
